Bozeman Doc Series

In recent years, documentary film has undergone a renaissance.  Film equipment is smaller, more powerful and more affordable; and the art form is more vital than ever. The Bozeman Doc Series brings award-winning films from around the world to the Crawford Theater at the Emerson Center for the Arts and Culture. Beautiful, challenging films with no actors and no comic book characters.  The Bozeman Doc Series is a bi-weekly documentary screening series that runs from October thru April.  The series screens new documentaries from around the world, most of which are Montana premieres and often have had recent world-premiered at festivals.  The series is curated by Jason Burlage, a documentary filmmaker and founder of Devolution Films, with the help of an exceptional team of volunteers.
